Close to BOTH parks. The room I'm offering has lots of light, as it overlooks Broadway with two sets of windows on the corner of the building. There is a good amount of storage/closet space and high-speed Fios/WiFi. Comfortable and private with full-size platform bed and other furniture: shelves, chest and armoire, see photos. Air conditioner and NEW ceiling fan. Laundry machines in our basement. All amenities are nearby. Convenient to everything and a chill vibe!

This is a 2 BR place with one shared bath. There is access to the shared kitchen, bathroom and living room/studio. Located in the Upper West Side neighborhood on the 10th floor of a high-ceilinged, light-filled classic pre-war building with easy subway access and near all amenities. 12-15 mins. to midtown. Close to Columbia University and Manhattan School of Music.

I am a neat, organized person and hope you are too so our shared spaces are easy to live in; this is very important to me. Light (!) cooking ONLY is preferred, and since I have an allergic sensitivity to smells -- from some cooking, fragrances, sprays and mold-- I ask that you be mindful of this.

I'm a classical musician/pianist who sometimes works at home during the day and early evening with opera singer clients so it would help if you like classical music OR if you're not home much!!! (I abide by NYC noise regulations, and so I don't start early or play late.... I also work part-time outside the apt. I am youthful in mindset, outlook and in person. I'm a native New Yorker, straightforward, easy-going with a good sense of humor, trustworthy and a world traveler myself.
