Master Bedroom in Luxury Building

Me:
I'm Alp, management consultant, late twenties. I'm looking for somebody to take over my lease on 02/03 (flexible) for that spacious master bedroom in this amazing apartment. I am going to move out to live together with my gf on our own.

ROOM/APARTMENT/BUILDING/LOCATI ON
- Master bedroom with private bath, huge closets, a powerful AC, 22nd floor view and tons of sunlight.
Bed and nightstands will be yours, you can throw or use it. Desk, chair and carpet are owned by me, they are pretty new so I can sell it with a small discount to get rid of moving cost if you are interested.
- The apartment includes a well designed dining place and a full kitchen with tons of equipment (and sauces!) and the last but not the least an in-house laundry!! It's 2 bedroom-2 flex rooms, so you are gonna have roommates. - no couples (yet?).
- Luxury building with 24/7 doorman, large gym, closed half basketball court, a luxury relaxation and studying room The studying room is pretty useful if you are working from home sometimes and having hard times concentrating at the room (me).
- Only 1 avenue to lincoln center, 6-8 mins to 66th subway station and 12 mins to 72nd subway station and 30 secs to M57 bus (to east side). There is a shortway to 66th subway station via lincoln center - so fancy! and also useful during rain.
RENT
The rent is 2100$, no broker fee, no security deposit. (I already miss that part)
After gym membership, internet and shared supplies (for kitchen and restrooms) it becomes something between 2180$-2200$.
ROOMMATES
My roommates are pretty nice guys including 1 woman, 2 men, 1 ballet, 1 photographer/ceo and an mba student in columbia. The key value in the house is being respectful to individual and I had 0 problems with them about it. No crazy parties or loud music at night, everyone cares about the others' comfort and life. One of our roommates takes care of shopping supplies, rent calculation, bill payments and communication with building management and sends a detailed excel sheet about everything at the end of each month. So every payment is transparent.
YOU
I'm looking for somebody to take over my lease on 02/03 (flexible) and preferably renew on 08/01. Respect to individual is the key in the house. So as long as you are respectful in others, the room is open to couples and pets as well.
