- *Twin* bed with an excellent quality mattress & 7 feet of hanging space in standing wardrobes.

- Wifi / utilities are $75. AC, elevator, laundry, yes.

- I have a cat whose domain is 4 rooms away from yours. You won't see her unless you want to.

- We share the kitchen and bathroom. If you write, please include your cooking requirements. Thanks.

- Spare Room's listing answers other Qs. It's really best if you read those first, please.

- Tripping-over distance of the #1, 2, 3 trains, Central and Riverside Park, and every convenience.

- Available March 7 until at least October 1 (longer is great too, just not shorter, please :).
