We're looking for roommate. Our Apartment located in very nice area ,safe from midtown ( 1, C ,B train ). Very Close to Columbia University, and Columbia medical school.

- The Apartment has 4 furnished bedrooms, one bathroom and kitchen (Furnished: twin size bed, Closet and 3drawer dresser and Air conditioner )

- The bedroom has 2 windows and lots of light during the day

- Rent is $1350 /month. ( Included Heat, Hot water, Gas, Electricity, wireless internet and additional $35 for AC in summer month).

- First month ($1350) and Security deposit($1350) required to move in

- Room available. January 1 st ( internship student are welcome).

You’ll be sharing the apartment with other roommates. We are in their late 20s to mid-30s. We’re all down-to-earth and easy-going, and we’re looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and takes apartment upkeep seriously. We prefer someone who does light cooking (boiling pasta, using the microwave—basic stuff).

If you’re someone who values a clean living space and is chill, you’ll fit in well.
