Hi, We're looking for roommate. Our Apartment located in very nice area ,safe from midtown ( 1, C ,B train ). Very Close to Columbia University, and Columbia medical school.

- The Apartment has 4 furnished bedrooms, one bathroom and kitchen (Furnished: twin size bed, Closet and 3drawer dresser and Air conditioner )

- The bedroom has 2 windows and lots of light during the day

- Rent is $1250 /month. ( Included Heat, Hot water, Gas, Electricity, wireless internet).

- First month ($1250)and Security deposit($1250 )required to move in

- Room available. March 1 ( internship student are welcome).

You will share the apt. with mid 28s- 35s. We're down to earth and easy going. We preferred someone who's light cooking. ( Boiling pasta and Microwave are ok). We keep apt. clean and looking for someone who's take it serious in same level.
