Utilities are usually around $50.
We also have a cleaning person come twice a month and everyone pitches in $40.

1-month deposit to be returned when you move out.
Month-to-month contract, but looking for someone who will be there for atleast a few months. Roomie might be returning so flexible to work with her schedule is a bonus.
