You would share a ground floor apartment with another female and a male.
Located in the heart of the Upper West Side a block from the Museum of Natural History and Central Park.

The furnished bedroom is good NY City size(13X9) with a large closet. Very sunny with direct access to our giant, two level back yard(20X50) that we have all to ourselves!!
**There is another door to the backyard from the spare room downstairs.

The apartment is huge with 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths.(You'll share one of the bathrooms with the other female)
There's also a living room, a galley kitchen, a spare room and a washer and dryer in the basement of the building.

It's the ground floor of a brownstone, a block from the B, C trains. A couple blocks from the 1 train. The 2 and 3 trains are a 5 block walk at the 72nd St express stop.

The room is available April 1st but there is flexibility in that. $1800 includes ALL utilities: WIFI, electric, air conditioning, cable and gas. Plus a cleaning lady once a month!
