This is an over-sized guest room in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, in a door man building, with a good deal of light and variable sun at different times of the day. Private full bathroom, tub and shower with a private entrance from your room. The living has a view of the river and the bedrooms a partial view. THE LIVING ROOM CAN BE USED WHEN I AM OUT OF TOWN WHICH IS OFTEN. OTHERWISE NOT

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, good closet space and full empty dresser for you use, cable TV(IF YOU WISH EXTRA $150 FOR YOU OWN CABLE BOX) EXISTING VERY GOOD hi speed good Internet, linens and towels provided. The room also has a separate desk and table and chairs for sitting by the window to eat if you wish.

The kitchen can be used from time to time as you may need for preparation of light meals, with no heavy cooking and I prefer to consider that I am renting a fairly self contained room.

The living open which has it?s own door, is open for use primarily when I am out of town as I work in it and sometimes see a client there. During this period over the Summer and Fall I will be traveling quite a bit. When I am at home I will be using the living room exclusively for work meetings.

I am a social warm person, a professional woman who travels a great deal and am not seeking a companion in sharing my apartment but would prefer a responsible neat person who is self sufficient can come an go as they please and have their own pursuits.

There is no smoking, no pets and absolutely no continuous over night guests.

The apartment is well cared for and professionally cleaned routinely.\
