I'm looking for someone to take over my room and share of the lease in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment near E 65th Street and 1st Avenue. Rent for my room is $2,749/month. Available from November 1, 2026, and the lease runs through the end of May 2027.

You'd have your own unfurnished bedroom (large window, parquet floors) and share one bathroom with one roommate. There's a separate living/dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The landlord and remaining roommates want to chat with anyone taking over before confirming. A deposit and transfer paperwork are required.

One roommate has a male dog, so you'd need to be comfortable living with a dog. No additional pets.
