UES roommate needed

Looking for a roommate for my boyfriend’s apartment, which I will be sharing with soon.

The apartment is at the border between UES and Harlem in the city by the highway at a big building. It is an old but fairly maintained building, the apartment is warm in the winter time and has AC for later in the spring if it’s needed. It has a shared living room and a kitchen which is in a separate room.

The room has two windows, has a closet, ikea big storage cubes for more clothing to fit in the room. Sadly our floor has some flaws but we are planning on purchasing a rag to make the space prettier.

I am occasionally staying at his apartment for extended periods of time. He is not much home as he is out working and is generally a quiet existence in the house as am I.

We are looking for someone to stay in apartment for up to 6 months with potentially extending if we get along. The price is $950 all included.
