You’ll have your own large closet and small private balcony — a pretty unusual combination for an apartment share in Manhattan.

The space is currently set up as a living area, but the couch can be replaced with a queen-size bed before move-in. Heavy ceiling-to-floor curtains will separate the space for privacy, creating a comfortable sleeping and living area.

One of the best things about the apartment is the loft layout. Your space is downstairs, while I live and sleep upstairs, so our personal areas are on completely different levels. The kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and shared.
