We are renting out a large furnished room in an apartment on the Upper East Side, right by 96th St & 2nd Ave.

Rent is $2,500/month, including all utilities and Wi-Fi. The room is available now. The room is fully furnished with a bed, an extendable couch, and a large L-shaped desk, so you can move in without needing to bring much. It’s bright, spacious, has a great view, a large closet, and its own heating and A/C unit.

You’ll also have your own private bathroom. It’s located just outside the bedroom, but it’s ✨exclusively✨ yours.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with friendly, respectful, and easygoing people who keep the place clean and make it a comfortable home. The kitchen and living room are shared. The kitchen has newer appliances, including a dishwasher.

The building offers a 24/7 doorman, laundry rooms, package and mail rooms, and optional gym and parking (additional fee).

The location is hard to beat — the Q train at 96th Street is right outside the building, and you’re within walking distance of grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies.

I’m looking for one person. Long-term is preferred.

🔉 A security deposit is required, but there’s no application fee. Proof of income and verifiable employment are also required.
