The apartment is on the 27th floor and is a flex 3-bedroom. We share a bathroom and kitchen (w/ dishwasher and other stainless steel appliances.

AND the room has a washer and dryer in it that you can keep private for yourself, or share with the other 2 housemates ( 2 lovely girls in their mid-late 20s)

The room is currently unfurnished as I'm trying to hold onto my current cheaper rent for a few more months, so preferably the subletter would have their own bed to move in, but I can help find furnishings if not!

The sublet can be any length between July-October or July-December.

Subletting will be processed through building management, but it would be ~$2500 including utilities
