Quiet building
We have a cleaning person come once a month for the common areas, and costs are shared
Comfortable common area for hanging out, working, or hosting a friend or two

Easy access to the Second Avenue Subway (Q line) plus nearby 4/5/6 trains
A few blocks from Carl Schurz Park and the East River promenade

Close to Whole Foods Market Upper East Side and everything you need day-to-day
