Immediate move-in available. Prime location on the Upper East Side near 86th St. Short-term sublet through late August with some flexibility.

The room is fully furnished with a BALCONY and includes a queen bed, desk, AC, closet space, and a cute fireplace. The apartment is a two-floor duplex (my roommate lives in the upstairs bedroom) and has an incredibly spacious living room with furniture & a 55-inch mounted TV. Kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, and utensils.

The building has an elevator and is conveniently located near the 86th Street 4, 5, 6 trains (3 min walk!) and Q train (10 min), making it easy to get around the city. Utilities (electricity & WiFi) will be shared between you and my roommate. Laundry room located in the basement.
