Room in Cute UES Apartment

Hey!
We're looking for someone to fill in a bedroom in our railroad apartment in the top of the UES.
The neighborhood is amazing, with a Whole Foods, AMC Theater, Target, Fairway, CVS', restaurants, cafes, etc. in the surrounding blocks. It's super safe, as well (just not from the cranky and ancient Upper East Siders that prowl the streets lol).
The apartment itself is a long and huge space with three bedrooms and a humungous kitchen. We share the living room and kitchen.
The room we're looking to fill is tiny. Like, really, really small. But, for the price and location, it's the best anyone could ask for.
We're looking for someone artistic, chill, and CLEAN. There's been a past history of negligent and disrespectful roommates who throw their stuff everywhere in the shared spaces, don't clean their dishes, and leave the place looking like a mess. We're not asking you to be Mr. Clean, but just be courteous.
The way we see it: Your paying for the room, but WE'RE paying for the living room and kitchen. It's best that we all treat the space with respect.
There is a cat and no other pets are allowed.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a five-floor, walk-up building, so it can be a hike, but you get used to it pretty fast.
