The location is one of the biggest advantages. 2 minute walk from the Q-train, 7 minutes from the 6-train, 10 minutes from 4/5/6-trains, 10 minutes to Central Park, and vast options for grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, etc. within short walking-distance.

The apartment has in-unit washer and dryer. The building has a shared rooftop and backyard which are really nice during the summer months.
