Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to join our 3-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side, with ASAP move-in.

A quick note on the living situation: while it’s a 3BR, I’m the only one consistently living here full-time. My other roommate, Michael, isn’t around much and will be moving out at the end of the lease in August—we’re also planning to fill his room. You’d share a bathroom with one person max.
