I'm looking for a male to occupy a large furnished bedroom (16' x 12') with its own private entrance starting May 1st. The rent is $1,900/mo which includes electric, high speed internet (wi-fi and wired) and cable tv. You will not have to sign a lease or submit a deposit; you can stay long term if you'd like and the rent price will be locked in for 12 months. No cigarette smokers please.

The apartment is located on East 88th St. between First and York aves. and is a very short walk from the new Q line subway on 86th street as well as the 4,5,6 subway on Lex & 86th St.

I'm Joe, a professional who works 10 hours/day, 6 days/week. I have lived in this apartment for many years and I plan on staying for several more. I am a very courteous and quiet roommate so you will hardly know I am here. You will have lots of privacy, since the two bedrooms are located on the opposite sides of the unit, each with their own separate entrance from the outside. My girlfriend lives in Queens and I'm usually at her place on the weekends; she never comes here.
