Hi! I have two rooms available on the Upper East Side in Yorkville. First roommate moved out in October, and I will be moving out soon as well. This apartment is newly renovated, with an in-unit washer/dryer, and has a backyard area and rooftop.

The Q train is just 2 blocks away, and the 6 train is about 8 minutes. The building is very quiet with respectful and friendly neighbors. It is also right across the street from a grocery store and a very cool dive bar. The area has many restaurants, pharmacies, and other bars too, with a bodega right down the street. Pretty much anything you need is only a short walk away!

The other roommate staying in the apartment is extremely neat, quiet, has a solid 9-5, and very respectful of the space.

The big room with lots of space and a closet built in will be $1900 per month, while the smaller room (without a window) will be $1200 per month. The living room and bedrooms will most likely come unfurnished, unless potential tenants would like for furniture to be sold at an agreed-upon price. Utilities are not included but will only cost a total of about 50-100 per month depending on use.
