Upper East Side room available!

hi!! i’m looking for someone to sublet or take over my part of the lease for my room in a 3 bed apartment (girls only please) :) the room fits a queen bed comfortably and has its own private bathroom in the room which is honestly the best part.

it’ll come furnished with a bed, and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished too. we also have in-unit washer/dryer (huge plus), a dishwasher, and a really modern kitchen.

you’d be living with two girls (21 & 22) who are literally the sweetest, we’ve all been friends and the vibe in the apartment is super chill, clean, and easygoing. there’s also a cat in the apartment, so you have to be okay with that!

location is amazing.. less than a 5 min walk to the Q train and about a 10 min walk to the 4/5/6. target, fairway, whole foods, lululemon, ulta, sephora, and sooo many cute cafes and restaurants are all within like 1-3 blocks.

we also have access to a rooftop which is really nice in the summer.

electricity is separate but it’s never more than $60/month.

also, if you end up loving it, there’s the option to resign the lease in september since one of the roommates is planning to stay!
