Cozy haven of a room available on the Upper East Side/Yorkville. No street noise and a nice refuge from the city. Only one roommate who is very kind and clean, plus a goofball cat. Lots of storage space, esp. in shared hall closet and rack. Heat included, all other utilities ~$80/month. Females preferred, no additional pets unfortunately. Fifth floor walkup with a bodega and pizza place right downstairs. Really good vibes in the apartment and great location.
