Hi! I’m looking for someone to sign a new lease with me, as my current roommate is moving out. This is not a sublet—you’d go through the standard application process with the leasing agent.

• No in-building laundry, but several laundromats nearby
• Open to splitting wash & fold service for convenience

About Me:
Hi, I’m Adrienne! I’m 22 and have lived in NYC for 4 years (2 in this apartment), and I absolutely love it here. I currently work from home but am looking for a hybrid/in-person role.

I spend most of my free time with friends, trying new coffee shops, thrifting, and going out to eat. I also love cooking/baking, hosting game nights, and going on long walks or working out.

You’d also be living with my cat, Caroline. She’s 12, super sweet, and very chill. Spends most of her time in my room.
