My roommate and I are urgently seeking a third person to take a room in our 3BR/1BA apartment in UES, after our last roommate unfortunately fell through. The leasing office extended our deadline to reapply! We must apply by Friday 3/20 (ideally), or Tuesday 3/24 at the absolute latest!

The new lease would begin on May 1. Ideal roommate will buy the full size bed frame as well for an affordable and negotiable price. Portable Air Conditioner WILL STAY for free.

Rent: $1,318.33
Term: 5/1/2026 - 4/30/2027

Utilities: Wifi $18.33 per person, gas/electric between $30-$80/month depending on the season/usage. We share the buying and expense of household goods.

Location: 5th floor of a 6th floor walkup located on UES on 96th street between Lexington and Park Ave. Laundry in-building; $2.80 paid via card only. The closest subway is the 6 train directly below the apartment along with the 96th Street Crosstown bus, and an 8 min walk from the Q train 96th station. There is a grocery store located directly across the street along with a market at the end of the block. Located right by a starbucks, pub, restaurants, ice cream shop, boba shop, and more. 3 blocks from Central Park (about a 5 min walk), and several museums nearby. Target, Crunch Fitness, Whole Foods, AMC theatre, shopping, and more restaurants/bars all located within a 20 min walk near 86th street or one stop on the 6 train. Trader Joes and TJMaxx are directly across the park and about 20 min taking the crosstown bus.

About the room: Can fit a full size bed and side table comfortably! Gets great morning sunlight and is bright throughout the day. Closet is spacious. Bathroom shared with two amazing roommates. 5th floor walkup, laundry in the basement. Renovated apartment with gas stove and stainless still appliances.

What we are looking for in a roommate:
• Preferably another woman in her mid-20s/early 30s
• Open communication - looking for an honest, respectful individual who has experience living with others and takes a pro-active approach to communicating with roommates.
• Cleanliness - We typically do dishes daily and we all contribute to the tidiness of the common spaces (taking out the trash/recycling). We clean up after ourselves after using the kitchen and bathroom daily and do a deeper clean on the weekends.
• No dog allergies as roommate has a small dog that may possibly live in the apartment!
• Pay rent on time - Done through the app!
• Would love new roommate to be friendly! Guests will come over every so often but not a ton. We also value our alone time after work - not looking to bring the party home. We appreciate a heads up when guests or friends are at the apartment.
• No smoking in the apartment and no drugs.

About Roommates:
T’Asia (F27): Hi! I work at a marketing agency. I’m hybrid so I go into the office about 2-3 days a week. I’m also very laid back! When I’m not working, I’m usually somewhere listening to music tbh other than that I’m at the gym, a museum, art gallery, a dance class, or bopping around the city!

Jesh(F31): I work in adtech, I’m very laid back and easy going. I’m very active, so on my free time I’m either working out, doing Pilates, yoga, training for 5ks and eat most of my meals at home because I’m very much into health and wellness. Haha I also like picnics, reading, and occasional nights out. I also model and act, so I will be taking advantage that I’m in the city as much as I can for these opportunities. Haha but yeah I think that’s a bit about me.
