Large Room for Rent in 2bed/1bath

Hi!

I’m looking for someone to take over 1 large bedroom in a my apartment starting April 1st! This is a 6 month sublet with an option to renew at the end of September.

Rent: $2,275/month + utilities (range from $85-150pp depending on the time of year)

The apartment:
- 2 bed/1 bath
- Third floor walk up
- Separate living room
- Full kitchen
- In-unit washer/dryer

Bedroom:
The bedroom is massive, about the size of a small studio apt, with its own private entrance and two large windows that have it drenched in natural sunlight throughout the day.

It has a closet, comfortably fits a queen bed, dresser, large desk and even a small couch. The room will be empty at the time of move in, but I am open to leaving behind any furniture if interested.

The W/D is located in the other my room, but we currently coordinate a schedule that is convenient for us both.

Ideal for someone looking for a spacious room in a great neighborhood with easy access to everything.

Requirements:
The incoming tenant must make 40x the rent and have good credit.

The roommate is Kristen. A 28 year old sportswriter who works from home. She’s looking for a roommate who’s female or queer, in their late 20s-early 30s, works in the office most days of the week and is generally clean and respectful.
