Looking for roommate- April 1-$800 UES

Unfurnished room is available in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom UES apartment. The room can fit full-size bed, armoire, and a few other small pieces of furniture.

We are three professional women/travel enthusiasts in our 30s and 40s with very busy schedules, but quite social and chill. We've been living in this apartment for a number of years now, really love it, and hope to find an easygoing female professional to fill the 4th room.

Looking for a respectful, very clean and laid-back female roommate to share this apartment with. We are looking for someone who is interested in staying for at least a year. For a variety of reasons (allergies/lease) no pets are allowed.

The apartment includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, common closet for storage and winter coats, foyer area, living room and kitchen. The laundry room is located right off of our building's courtyard. There is a super on site. The neighborhood is very safe. It's a 5 minute walk to the 86 St Q train and a 10 minute walk to the 4/5/6 subway. There is also a cross town bus a block away. There are a lot of restaurants and bars in the area, we are one block away from a grocery store and around the corner from 2 coffee shops.

Monthly rent is $800, plus a security deposit and an application fee (payable to the landlord in order to run the credit check and be added to the lease). Gas, electric and internet is additional. We have a cleaning lady who cleans the apartment every 2 weeks at a cost of about $30 per person per cleaning.

P. S. Yes, we know the rent looks suspiciously low for the city. No, this is not a scam. One of the roommates has been on this lease for a very long time, so the price remained extremely reasonable for the neighborhood.
