I’m moving out of my Upper East Side apartment to move in with my partner and am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease, with the option to renew if desired.

The apartment is a one-bedroom located on 82nd Street and 2nd Avenue - an excellent UES location surrounded by great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores, with multiple subway lines just a short walk away.

The unit is on the fifth floor of a walk-up building. While it is a walk-up, I’ve found it very manageable and well worth it for the space, light, and location.

The apartment is approximately 700–800 sq ft, gets excellent natural light, and is on a quiet street. The bedroom is on the smaller side but comfortably fits a queen bed. I currently have it set up as a home office and use the main living area as my bedroom, which has worked really well.

I’ve lived here since 2024 and it’s been a great apartment - fantastic value for the size and neighborhood.
