Looking for someone to take over my furnished (selling it) bedroom in a 3-bed, 1.5-bath apartment on the UES. Rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi.

You’d be living with two male roommates, both young finance professionals, easy going, clean, respectful, and social when schedules align. We keep the common areas tidy and value a chill, low-stress home vibe.

The building is a full-service elevator building with a doorman, laundry room in the building, and plenty of package/security support. The apartment is on the 6th floor with access to multiple elevators, making comings and goings smooth even at peak times.

Super convenient for commuting: about a 3–4 minute walk to the 96th Street Q subway station and within ~8–10 minutes walk to the 86th & 96 Streets green lines stations.

Tons of nearby cafes, restaurants, grocery options, and easy access to parks and the East River, a very livable part of the UES.

We’re looking for someone considerate, friendly, and ready for a smooth lease takeover or sublease transition.
