The apartment is on 73rd and 2nd, one block away from the 72nd Q station, the 73rd Equinox and Stumble Inn. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from Central Park. It also has a big porch (~400 sqft.) which is perfect for hosting gatherings and also has a backyard grill.

Partially furnished (the bedroom furniture can be purchased. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished.)

The roommate is a quiet, respectful guy in his mid-twenties. He works as a hedge fund recruiter and is involved in the local run club and church.

I am fairly flexible with move-in dates, so if the current one doesn’t work, feel free to message me and we can work something out.
