I am moving cities, so I would like someone to takeover my lease for the remaining two months (Dec 1, 2025 to Jan 31, 2026 but move-in date is flexible) with the optionality to continue to the lease for another 12 months. I would still live here if I were staying in NYC because I have had an extremely positive experience. The location is also wonderful with access to the 6 and Q lines.

This is a wonderful building with friendly doormen, incredible maintenance, and good amenities, including a gym, in-building dry cleaning, storage, and laundry rooms on every floor. The management is great, and the building is kept very clean. The only issue I would note is that there are not very many elevators, so sometimes there is a bit of a wait for the elevators to arrive, but this has not negatively impacted my experience
