Downstairs has two bedrooms, a very large living space with fireplace, dining, kitchen, shared bath and shared roof deck and is shared with one other person. Upstairs has one bedroom room with small/office, small sitting area and private bath are upstairs. Preferred roommate is also a professional or student actively pursuing something they are passionate about.

Safe and mostly quiet neighborhood with lots of young professionals. In walking distance of Museum Mile including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Guggenheim and across Central Park from the Museum of Natural History. Local park Carl Schurz is around the corner and has lovely walkway near the water and Gracie Mansion, where the mayor lives. Closest subways are 5-to-10-minute walk to Q train on 83rd/2nd Ave and a 10-minute walk to equidistant 4,5,6 on Lexington and 86th or 6 on 77th and Lexington. Crosstown M79 and M86 are less than a 5-minute walk.

There is one very friendly medium sized dog who lives here so best suited for dog lovers. Also, the room will not come with the dog in it :D
