Clean, well-maintained building and a short walk to the Q and 4/5/6 trains.

About the Room:
Fits a queen bed plus furniture comfortably.
Good closet space.
Note: the room does not have natural light, but it’s quiet, private, and ideal for someone who values peace or prefers a darker space for sleeping or working.
Rent is $1,937/month + utilities (around $100 each depending on the season).
First month’s rent + one month’s deposit due at move-in.
