Hi!! I am an actor who is going on a contract for a little while, and I don't want to give up my lease for this room, so I am subletting it for a 1 month period, however I am open to somebody taking over the lease from me. Here are some more details about the space:

- 7 minute walk from uptown/downtown Q trains at 86th St (and from there, 10 more minutes to the 4,5,6 trains, updown/downtown)
- 5 minute walk to Carl Schultz park, 15 minutes from Central Park/MET Museum/Museum Mile
- Tons of cute local restaurants/bars on 1st ave (where you would be), as well as lots of larger grocery stores, gyms, and shopping on 2nd ave, which would be about a 10 minute walk from the location
- VERY safe/quiet location as well- I have gotten home late due to gigs several times, and have felt very comfortable walking home
- 2 bed/1 bath

The room is furnished, and would come with a twin bed, a desk, and two shelving units. The living room has a couch/TV, and the kitchen has a dishwasher available for use. Excellent WiFi/Internet speeds, as well!

You would be sharing the space with 1 other female actor. She isn't home much, and doesn't have a preference on who the other tenant would be.
