The bedroom and common spaces were recently renovated, and feature exposed brick walls and track lighting. Every room has a window that lets in lots of natural light. The windows in the room face the street, so you don't have the cramped experience of looking out at another building a few feet away.

The room comes with an AC unit and boxspring (full) included for FREE! The kitchen and living room are already furnished (and I'm planning to buy a TV, unless you already have one!)

The spacious kitchen has granite countertops, a dishwasher, an a frankly unfathomable number of cabinets. (I don't have nearly enough stuff to fill them, so you will have PLENTY of space.)

The superintendent lives in-building, and is very responsive and helpful.
