Rent is $1725/mo plus utilities.

Looking for someone to stay ten months (until the end of May), but will consider shorter periods as well.

With the Q train, M96 & M15 Buses, and Citi Bikes all within one block, and the 6 train only a few blocks away, this apartment is perfect for reaching anywhere in the city.

The bedroom and common spaces were recently renovated, and feature exposed brick walls and track lighting. Every room has a window that lets in lots of natural light. The windows in the room face the street, so you don't have the cramped experience of looking out at another building a few feet away.

The room comes with an AC unit and full bed (with bed frame) included for FREE! The kitchen and living room are already furnished (and there is a tv in the living room).

The spacious kitchen has granite countertops, a dishwasher, an a frankly unfathomable number of cabinets. (I don't have nearly enough stuff to fill them, so you will have PLENTY of space.)

The superintendent lives in-building, and is very responsive and helpful.

Tenant Preferences: Looking for someone friendly who likes to keep common areas clean. If you smoke, You will need to go outside the building to do so. No preference regarding schedule.
