Large room available 12 month lease

Hi! My roommate is moving out at the end of the current lease and I am looking for someone to resign the apartment with!

2 bed/1 bath 4th floor walk up on UES. 2-minute walk to the Q and 4 minutes to the 4,5,6. Close to all the conveniences of 2nd and 3rd ave including Whole Foods and Fairway.

- Lease would start Oct. 1 2026 - Sept. 31, 2027
- $2125/month rent and ~2125 security deposit will be required.
- wifi and utilities average around $70/month
- Very spacious room with great closet and can fit a queen size bed. Room has in window AC unit that came with apartment.
- Brand new laundry room in basement with new washers and dryers.
- note that the items pictured in the living room (table, tv, couch etc.) will be leaving with the current roommate when she moves out
- Need to resign by August 31

A bit about me:
I’m 27 years old and have lived in NYC for 4 years now. I work in Marketing in a hybrid role (wfh most days and in office intermittently). I like to do bar trivia with my friends and explore the UES. I’m looking for another mid-20s girl to share this space with. I’m a pretty quiet roomie and looking for someone similarly chill!
No smoking and no pets!
