This space is ideal for someone who’s into art, design, and above all maintaining an immaculate living space.

About the room:

• full storage bed w/ reclaimed wood headboard
• dresser, narrow wardrobe, leaning bookcase, side chair
• 40" 4k Samsung smart tv with fire tv
• window a/c unit during the summer and an air purifier
• the room also receives lots of natural light via a very large window
• not tiny, but not suited for anyone who’d be bringing a lot of belongings

About the apt:

• 2 bedroom/1 bath (I'm the only other resident)
• 2.5 blocks (4 minutes from the subway at 86th and 2nd)
• 3rd floor walk-up
• 2 laundry facilities literally are on the corner
• 2 blocks from Whole Foods
• 2 blocks from Carl Schurz Park

New linens will be provided. You'll just need a suitcase or two.

** I have some flexibility with the move in date. Either Oct. 12th or Nov 1st. I might be able to accommodate Oct 1st, however I'm not sure just yet.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to consider anyone whose term would end during the winter or during the holidays.

The room is maxed out. It can’t additional furniture, bikes, scooters, etc.

I’ll also ask you to fill out a roommate questionnaire. It’s more efficient than exchanging a bunch of messages.
