Upper East Side One Bedroom Lease Takeover

Available starting on May 1, 2026.

The monthly rent is $3290 with a security deposit of one month's rent required.

I'm the lease holder and it ends September 30, 2026.

Ideally would want someone to take the whole thing over. You would have the option to renew at the end of September for another 12 months.

This bedroom is behind a french door which allows sunlight into the living area making for a brightly lit apartment.

There is access to a small outdoor area which an be included for an additional small fee ($200 per year).

Utilities are electricity and wifi and are not included. This would be about $150 to $250 per month.

Furniture can be provided optionally which includes a Serta Perfect queen bed (about 5 years old with a mattress cover).
