Hi! My roommate is graduating and they're moving out in June
so I'm looking for a cat-friendly, clean, nice, and respectful roommate :)

I definitely like to keep common areas as clean and organized as possible. I occasionally like having friends over but I usually spend time studying for classes. I wouldn't mind a roommate who could have a debrief after a long day but I also like to have time to keep to myself! I do like to play music out loud but according to my current roommate, they can't hear it from their room across the apartment.

The room has 2 tall windows and can fit a full bed. My roommate is leaving their bed behind if needed but can be moved out if you'd like to bring your own :)

Amenities include:
Utilities and internet are included.
Elevator Building.
Live-in Super.
Laundromat next to the building entrance.
The apartment is located on the top floor.
A cool cat to greet you when you come home!

The deposit is 1275.

The move-in date is July 1st but an earlier move-in date is available if needed!
