Hey! I'm looking for a roommate to fill my bedroom with a 1y lease ideally but I can consider shorter stays on a case by case basis.
My roommate Danny (M, 30) is super sweet and discreet. He works night shifts meaning that I usually get the place to myself whenever I'm up. He stays in his bedroom and rarely used the living room and kitchen.

The apartment is a 2 bed treetop views overlooking a cute park.

AVAILABILITY:
Early April with a bit of flexibility.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is modern, bright, spacious and overlooks a lovely park.
It's located on 100th st and 3rd avenue, at the limit between Upper East Side and Harlem
~5 minutes walk to subway lines 6, Q and M
~10 mins walk to Central park
Your furnished room fits a queen-size bed (can fit king too), and there is a wardrobe, there can be a desk and extra hanging space.
The brand new bathroom is shared between the two of us.
The living room has a couch, a dining table and chairs.

The building was built a few years ago and has all the amenities you could hope for! Doorman, gym, rooftop, courtyard with barbecue, washer room, bike storage, reception / WFH room, storage space for rent.

ABOUT YOU:
I would like someone who is friendly and respectful of my home. Someone who cleans up after themselves and shares thoughtfully.

PRICE:
Long term monthly: Single occupancy only: 2,000/m + utilities 160/m each
Shorter: can consider on a case by case basis at a higher rate
