The room is available starting OCT 26th, or if you prefer you can move in on NOV 1st.

The location is amazing. The area has tons of restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, grocery stores—you name it. Super convenient. It’s about a 10-minute walk to both Central Park and the East River.

I bartend at The Mark Hotel and I’m also in film school, so I’m usually pretty busy, but I do hang out at home sometimes.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work from home and isn’t around too much during the day.
