Some of these photos are slightly outdated, but they still show the space beautifully! I have been super busy recently so unable to take on extra chores in cleaning each space for super current photos, but would be happy to send videos of the space/show the space on facetime when we chat!

About the apartment:
-laundry in-unit
-spacious kitchen with updated, large, appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove/oven) and is clearly renovated
-sunny and spacious living/dining room with 3 big windows
-all bedrooms non-street facing (quiet)
-bedroom has a good-sized closet and is best furnished with a twin, but is big enough for a full (currently has a full bed + desk)
-AC unit included
-bathroom has a bathtub and storage space
-on the 5th floor of a 6 floor walk-up
-1 avenue away from Central Park
-1 avenue away from 6 train, M101/102/103, and on the corner of Madison Ave near M1/2/3/4 buses
-well-maintained building (cleaned weekly)
-kind, trustworthy, respectful neighbors

Our ideal roommate:
-kind, empathetic, great communicator, chill
-in school or working full-time
-splits chores and buying of household items evenly
-maintains a clean space/is organized, with space for grace
-has a similar decorating style to us/wants the same things for the apartment in this regard
-able to co-exist with roommates and respect everyones space
-is committed to living with us for 1 year 1 month, with the option to renew if the living situation works for everyone
-goes to bed before or around midnight each night
-can be very sound conscious late at night and in the mornings
-does not smoke/drink/party often
-(ideally) has a relative who qualifies to sign on as the guarantor and is willing to (makes at least 60x $4500 each year)
