😊About Me: I am a young professional looking for a mature, responsible, and communicative roommate to replace me on the lease. I and my two cats will be moving out at the end of August and will need someone to take over by September 1st at the latest.

🔍Ideal Replacement:
·         Communicative
·         Able to be on a lease
·         Minimum monthly budget of $1,590 (including utilities)
·         Minimum credit score of 680 OR a guarantor with American credit history
·         Able to takeover on or before September 1st
·         Lease term of at least nine (9) months (shorter lease terms will not be considered)

👥About the Roommates: Currently, two young women professionals live in the apartment. They work full-time hybrid schedules in the city. They’re easygoing, value clean spaces, and view home as a space to recharge and unwind. They are accepting of all races, sexual orientations, gender identities, religious affiliations, etc.

📲The Process:
1. Fill out a form to get a better idea of you as a potential roommate and lease applicant
2. If it’s a match, we will schedule a tour either in-person or online. This is your time to ask any questions
3. If we’d all like to move forward, you will be sent the lease application
4. Management confirms your approval in 1-2 business days
5. Pay the first month, security, and the management-required administrative fee of $780
6. Start the move-out/move-in process!

Please note there will be open communication throughout. If it’s not a match, you will know. If there are other roommate tours or the room is filled, you will know. I expect the same courtesy in return.
