Looking for a roommate to rent a room starting June 1st (minimum 1-year lease).

Cozy and bright room available in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment at 63rd Street and First Avenue. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, large drawers and a TV, and features a large window that bring in abundant natural sunlight.

You will be sharing the apartment with two quiet and respectful roommates (myself, a law student, and my dad, who is a working professional). The apartment has a well-designed layout that offers a good amount of separation and privacy, with a shared kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is located in a highly convenient neighborhood, just a short walk to the N/R/W and F/Q subway lines, making commuting easy. The East River park is only 2 minutes away—perfect for jogging, walking, or relaxing by the water. Times Square is 20 ish minutes away!

Surrounded by grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars, with a Trader Joe’s less than a 5-minute walk away.

Rent: $1,950/month + half of utilities.
