Room for rent in UES - close to subways & great $

Hi all! I’m looking for a roommate to take the other bedroom in my apartment, the new lease begins August 1.

The apartment has great amenities:
- dishwasher
- washer/dryer
- huge kitchen/fridge/oven
- lots of windows & natural light
- large & open living area
- tons of cabinets
- 1 block from the Q and 2 blocks from the 6 train stations

(This is a fifth floor walk-up)

The room is about 8’8” x 9’6” with a decent sized closet (I shared pics of my room for reference as to what furniture can fit in the room).

I’m pretty chill, very clean, hang out at home pretty often & LGBTQIA2+ friendly. I’m in grad school to become a mental health counselor & work full-time in the office except for Fridays.

I’m looking for someone who is also clean, communicative and considerate of shared space. I’d prefer a non-smoker, open to a cat owner (I love them!), and happy to host small things here from time to time, but would rather not have regular overnight guests.
