I am looking for a subleaser for one of three bedrooms in this Upper East side walk up!! I am a full time student as well as work full time. My friends/roommates just graduated and are moving out of the city.
This room is available beginning August 1st and would be a year-long sublease agreement. With water and heat included, this room is $950/month. This bedroom comes furnished with a lofted twin bed frame with drawer and shelf storage underneath as well as a desk and chair. There are also two huge overhead storage spaces in the hallway that go far back for optimal storage space, also extra storage space in kitchen and bathroom for necessities. (Mattress will need to be provided by subletter). Wi-fi is $25 a month, and electricity varies from $25-60 depending on how much it’s used.
The building is minutes away from the East River, an 8 min walk to the 72nd Steet Q subway station as well as a Duane Reade and CVS, and a 15 min walk to the 68th Street 6 subway station. This apartment is walking distance to Hunter College and Marymount Manhattan!
Looking for anyone who is lgbt friendly, as well as courteous, and kind! Open to meeting new friends or leave you to your space. Whatever you prefer!
