The apartment is a converted 2 bedroom (2 floor) duplex.  The open room is the converted room, downstairs.  (Room is fully walled in, with door. etc)  Has large windows, TONS of natural sunlight.  No closet in room, but large closet available outside room, and shared coat closet available in apt.   Has AC unit.

Room is lightly furnished (full sized bed, lamp, small nightstand etc.) Has large cube unit for storage. Full length mirror hanging on inside of door. Smart TV in room (apps/logins not included)
Pillows, & blanket professionally cleaned between tenants.
