My roommate and friend whose a student at hunters college is moving out of our fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment next month.
Room is huge with built in closet and will come furnished as seen in the pics with bed, dresser, lights, air conditioner etc
Apartment is close to all major subways and buses
Kitchen is fully furnished with all the appliances like microwave, Dishwasher, washing machine(save $50/m), dryer etc
Living room is also furnished
All Utilities included(gas, heat, electricity etc) so u dont have to worry about paying for the utilities(save $100/m)
All supplies included like toilet paper paper towels cleaning supplies etc (save $50)
Apartment is also cleaned every 2 weeks (save $50/m)
Located near to many grocery stores, restaurants and hospitals
2 Roommates: both are students. Male and female. Female is studying in fashion institute of technology and male is studying medicine
Minimum stay is 3 months and 40 days notice before moving out
No lease signing required
