My roommates are moving out and I have 2 amazing rooms ready to rent out. The first room is a Master bedroom with a private bathroom. The Master bedroom comes fully furnished with no extra cost. The second Bedroom is a flex and already has a wall up. The flex is the same size as the second bedroom with lots of natural light, large windows and high ceilings. Both rooms come with huge closet space. This is a doorman building which is super safe. We also have a laundry downstairs, along with a mail area. The building also has a lounge area upstairs that has a pool, 2 weight rooms and a place to study/work. The apartment is located really close to the Q AND 6 trains which are express. We are also close to lots of bars and restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils , you can bring your own if you wish. I am a therapist who works from home and love my apartment and can not wait to share it with other people. I am clean and very considerate of my roommates. Please message me if you are interested.
