Lease transfer - Furnished UES Studio

Looking to transfer the reminder of my lease through September 30, 2021. I’ve been paying $2310 for this unit, and am forfeiting my security deposit to bring your rent down to $1826 for the remainder of the term.

NOTE: Gross rent for this unit is $2310. Even though I am forfeiting my deposit to bring the rent down, you will be required to put up your own security deposit in this amount, which you will get back as long as the apartment is left in good condition. If you sign a lease for Feb. 1, I will contribute $484 to the rental office so your deposit matches your rent.

Updated, spacious UES studio on 74th b/t 1st and 2nd. Two blocks to the Q and five blocks from the 6.

Once you are approved and a move in date is decided, I will schedule painters and professional cleaners ASAP so the unit is ready for you to move in. I am willing to leave behind my bed, nightstand, dresser, rug, couch (it’s a sleeper sofa - great for guests and movie nights), microwave, curtains, custom shades, bar cart, dining table and 5 chairs (they are folding so the other three are easily stored in the closet).
