The apartment is located in the Upper East Side 1 block away from the Q train, a 10 mins walk to the 6 train, and a block away from the M66 crosstown bus stop.

The neighborhood is full of restaurants, stores and a 15 min walk from Central Park!!

About the room: Very small room (6.5 by 11.5 feet) with fire escape. The room comes furnished with a twin sized bed and a Casper mattress, closet, shoe rack, mirror, cozy chair, gigantic 8 foot tall wardrobe and installed shelves. However, The room can be unfurnished for the right person. The room has very good light with a good window. The catch is that it's a 6 story walk-up. This is a true NYC apartment if you know what I mean! The apartment itself is very small but makes up for it with charm!

The apartment has a small kitchen with oven and full size fridge. As it pertains to the kitchen it has everything, so consider the place move-in ready! All appliances in good condition.

Looking for someone long-term or month to month. I'm flexible on dates.

I'm looking for a respectful quiet person who is a NON smoker.
