Large Room Available in Luxury Doorman Building

Hi, I am subletting my room Sep 18th to Oct 11th starting. Its a fully furnished room with a private bathroom. There are 2 female roommates and they have their own rooms. It's a large-sized bedroom with lots of natural sunlight.

The apartment is in an amazing luxury building in a great neighborhood on the upper east side - with literally every amenity one could want...and then some! These include (but are not limited to):

- Tons of Doormen
- Subway station just steps outside the building on our corner!
- Incredible Maintenance (i. e. if a lightbulb goes out it's usually fixed within the hour)
- Dry-cleaner and 24-hour laundry rooms in the building
- Large medical office in the building, which takes most major insurances
- USPS store right across the street & FedEx dropbox in the building

Please note:
$2200 for the entire stay from Sep 18th to Oct 11th

there is a refundable deposit of $2200

- All utilities, including high-speed wifi and con ed come is inclusive in the rent
